AGREEMENT FOR TAGGERS/PERSONAL USE ONLY

No Commercial Use is allowed/permitted

under any circumstances for my PU- PERSONAL USE Kits.

**NOTE: I will have a separate TOU for CU-COMMERCIAL USE Packs.

My Commercial Use - TOU will be different, so please be sure to check/ask about those terms after it is posted.

Taggers-Personal Use only - TOU (terms of use):

Allowed uses:

YOU MUST HAVE A LICENSE to use ANY 'tube(s)' that requires a license to make tags with any of my kits. You must also put that license number on each and every tag you make. Does not apply if you do not use a tube and use only items from MY kit in your tag. You may use 'elements/papers' from any of my others kits, as long as it is no more than 3 items. I do require credit on your tags regardless, as follows:

**must include a statement if recolored, and if using elements from one of my other kits, with name of that kit.

All Copyright Info must be CLEAR and LEGIBLE for anyone to easily see.

ALWAYS REMEMBER, YOU MUST BE 100% COPYRIGHT COMPLIANT! FOLLOW ALL TERMS OF USE FOR MAKING TAGS! NO EXCEPTIONS PERMITTED!

It is your responsibility when purchasing scrapkits and/or tubes to know what the TOU are for each artist/designer.

* You may alter the 'Elements/Graphics' * in my kits only by recoloring if it is needed to match your project/tag. You may not alter the element itself in any other manner.

(*Does NOT apply to 'Frames/Papers', as you may alter 'Frames/Papers' in any manner that suits your creative needs).

**PLEASE NOT THAT THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY POSERS THAT MAY BE INCLUDED IN MY KITS, AS THESE HAVE THEIR OWN TERMS-OF-USE by their owners.

PU-TS (PERSONAL USE-TAGGER SIZE) kits may only be used for your personal use online digital scrapbook pages, quick pages, layouts, and taggers tags. You may not print out my PU Tagger Size kits, you must purchase FULL SIZE KIT(S) for printing. Anyone may request a Tagger Size kit to be converted to a FULL SIZE kit for a price of $1.50 higher than the cost of the TAGGER SIZE kit, if it is not already in store(s).

(NOTE: TS (TAGGER SIZE) all graphics are created at

72dpi, min size on largest end 600px, 800x800 size papers, and are not meant to be used for printing, but for digital use only.

* If you alter my work, please include that

information in the credits:

* You may upload your tags to online galleries or your own (non-commercial) website, but you MUST credit me as follows:

* Tutorial writers not on my CT *with permission* are welcome to use this kit in their tuts ONLY with my permission. Permission is requested by sending me a FB message or email (sassi.inks@gmail.com), and you must wait for approval, and you MUST credit me as follows under your credit info:

CREATIVE TEAM MEMBERS - TOU are below*.

*NOTE: I only allow my CT (Creative Team Members) to make blank cluster frames for use by others. Any others who wish to submit a CLUSTER FRAME to me for review, may do so by FB message, so you must be on my friends list. You may 'NEVER' offer any tags made with my kit(s) for sale in any group, forum, blog, nowhere, not at any time. It is illegal!! You can't resell something that doesn't belong to you. The PU-PERSONAL USE terms allow you to use the kit(s)/tube(s) for your personal use only, with NO CHARGE to anyone.

*If I find you have done any of the above, you will be reported to the artist/store where you got the tube, and you will be blocked from buying any further items from the store.

ALWAYS REMEMBER, NO SHARING IS ALLOWED, EVER!!

The only thing you may do is offer a completed tag to your friends with their name on it. If you offer tags in an always list, I only require that you notify me, and if you have a 'group'/'forum' wherever it is hosted, for your always list, I only require that you invite me to join.

Always remember!!

You must also include credit info on any posts that you make anywhere on the internet.

YOU MAY NOT DO ANY OF THE FOLLOWING WITH ANY OF THE 'ELEMENTS/GRAPHICS' IN THIS SCRAPKIT OR ANY OF MY OTHER SCRAPKITS: These are really basic terms that apply to all scrapkits from all designers, I have just made sure to include everything I could think of, so it's the same for all, except for terms I have stated that I will allow, as each designer allows or doesn't allow mixing, recoloring.

* You may NOT share my kits with anyone.

* You may NOT claim these graphics as your own.

* You may NOT alter and then claim these graphics as your own.

* You may NOT take any part of these 'Elements/Graphics' and add it to yours or anyone else's 'Elements/Kits/Graphics' and claim the resulting graphics as your own (e.g., scrapkits, etc.).

* You may NOT make any of my 'Elements/Graphics' into tubes/brushes/or any other form, or redistribute them in any way or form.

* You may NOT offer any of my 'Scrapkit Elements/Graphic images' on any webpage for download, send them through lists, newsgroups, or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.

* You may NOT re-package or in any way re-sell or distribute my work. Doing so is a violation of copyright laws and may result in serious consequences, including large fines and other penalties.

* You may NOT use my Scrapkits or any part of them in any type of pornographic, immoral, or illegal works of any kind.

* You may NOT upload and share my 'Scrapkits/Elements/Graphics' online. Such actions may result in legal action.

* You may NOT mix elements from my kits with anyone else's kits.

**You may only mix/include up to 3 elements from one of my other kits with the scrapkit you are using when making your tag, and only if you also indicate that on the credits.

* You may NOT trade, sell, or share my kits. The only way to give someone else this/or any other kit is to 'gift/buy' it for them, through the proper methods approved by stores.

* You may NOT "share", "steal", "rip", "cut", "extract" any or all elements from the finished product of taggers who have used this kit in their creations.

* You may NOT use my kits to create tags with tubes unless you are 100% Copyright Compliant according to the terms of use for each artist. Failure to do so will result in serious consequences.
